- Persian Time by the late CALIFET wins the Handicap Chase Kempton Park for Nicky Henderson, Nico de Boinville, Ella McNeill & Family, the Stone Family and breeder Clarendon Farm. A graduate of Goffs Arkle Sale and bought privately by Jerry McGrath from Monbeg Stables.
- Beauport rounds off a great week for the late CALIFET winning the £150k bet365 Midlands Grand National in Uttoxeter for Nigel Twiston-Davies, Jordan Nailor and owners Bryan & Ulting Wick. Bred by Anthony Ryan of Byerley Stud and bought by Gerry Hogan Bloodstock at Tattersalls.
- Grangeclare Diego by the late MOUNT NELSON makes it 2/2 for connections as he wins the Restricted Point to Point at Yorkshire. The Ballyboy Stables graduate was ridden by Paddy Barlow for Jonathan Barlow, owner Mr. JB Wallwin & breeder Joey Logan.
